Surveys show that 98% of conference attendees get their information about the conference from the web. Today, informative, user-friendly web sites, are a must for any conference. More and more, web-savy technical attendees are coming to expect searchable, database driven sites that can help them to make choices about how best to spend their time at your conference or trade show.

MPA answers all of these needs. And we do it well. Close to 90% of our attendees find our websites are very user-friendly; that means they can find the information they need when they need it. Our communication, graphics and IT specialist can create a complete event site for you from scratch, or integrate our database services with your existing web site.

MPA's own Conference and Exhibition Web Planner
Built to satisfy the most technology hungry audiences, our planner pulls from two searchable databases containing a myriad of information about conference exhibitors, technical presentations, and events. Prospective conference attendees can visit the conference web site and search these databases. Then users may add papers, panels, keynotes, special sessions, or vendor demos to their personalized conference schedule simply by checking a box next to that event‹events reside on session pages, in exhibitor showrooms, and results returned in a search.

An on-line conference presentation and events database is searchable by author, title, keyword, day, session type and displays results as paper titles with links to web formatted events pages. An on-line exhibitor database searchable by exhibitor name, name begins with, and product keyword and displays results as a list of links to see requested exhibitor booths.

Exhibitor's control their own content for their web-booths which can include logos, company descriptions, contact info, links to their home site, email contact links, product descriptions, press releases, and exhibitor presentations which can include anything from powerpoint slides to streaming audio or audio-video files.

The exhibitor database also includes a password protected area for Exhibitors Only to submit required show material to MPA such as Badge Lists, Room Lists, Room Request Forms, and Product Descriptions and where exhibitors customize on-line, multipage, show related "booths." Personalized Attendee Calanders:

• Can be sorted by date and time and also displaying title and room number (dynamic changes are automatically reflected in the users schedule).
• Are editable with simple buttons to delete events no longer wanted.
• Show conflicting events in red.
• Allow personal events or appointment to be added calendar.
• Are downloadable to a palm device.
