Exhibition Management Technology

MPA provides exhibitor management software that automates virtually all necessary functions for exhibition administration. Each exhibiting company is provided with a company specific, secure web page that is used to manage all major functions for event participation and exhibitor communications.

Our unique software tools also aids exhibitors in promoting their booth to attendees prior to the show, by creating easily searchable online web booths, with logos, company areas, products descriptions, slick sheets, and more! Our online tools increase efficiency by allowing exhibitors and attendees to access more and more information online, and improves their experience before, during and after the show.

In tandem with sales, the efficient administration of the exhibition is critical to delivering a successful experience with strong financial results. MPA has extensive insight, experience and relationships with facilities, convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs) and suppliers that will yield savings of both time and money in the management of the exhibition.

We provide complete financial services for tracking of the contracted exhibit space and sponsorships; including historical transactions, invoicing and payment processing, internet merchant payment processing, and generating and administering all contracts with exhibitors and contractors.
