Travel from Denver International Airport to Boulder via the E-470 Tollway:

The Tollway is the easiest and fastest route. Exit the Airport via Pena Blvd. Take Pena Blvd to Exit # 6B to Fort Collins / E-470 Tollway. E-470 eventually becomes the Northwest Parkway. You will travel 32 miles along E-470 and there are 3 toll booth stops along the way costing $2.00 each (total cost of tolls = $6.00).

Exit E-470 / Northwest Parkway at US Route 36 West to Boulder. Exit US-36 onto Route 157, Foothills Parkway (which is at the South end of Boulder). At the North end of Boulder, you'll automatically be on Route 119 (Diagonal Parkway) driving Northeast toward Longmont.

North of Boulder, past Jay Road, turn right (South) onto 63rd Street. Next, turn left (East) onto Lookout Road. Next, turn left again onto Spine Road - MPA is immediately on the left. Note: there are traffic lights at 119 & 63rd, 63rd & Lookout, and at Lookout & Spine.

The Freeway: Exit the Airport via Peña Blvd to I-70 West. Take I-70 West to I-25 North, exit #274 (signs say I-25 North to Fort Collins). Then take US-36 to Boulder. Note: US-36 exits left off I-25. Exit US-36 onto Route 157, Foothills Parkway (which is at the South end of Boulder). At the North end of Boulder, you'll automatically be on Route 119 (Diagonal Parkway) driving Northeast toward Longmont.
